Here is an OS/2 ported copy of GNU texinfo 4.1. [2002/3/20]

Previous version (3.11) has been ported to OS/2.

Changed or added features as compared to version 3.11 are as follows

- makeinfo can handle Japanese SJIS coded source
Release 2 [Nov 18, 1999]
- Japanese message is available
- ALT key is used as meta key: Instead of typing 'ESC x', we can do with 'ALT+x'
Release 1 [Nov 18, 1999]
- Info manuals of 8 bit code (Japanese EUC/SJIS, German, ...) are OKAY!
- `info' runs also in XFree86 for OS/2!! (Only modification made by me)
- `makeinfo' can generate HTML from texinfo source.
- `texindex' can handle Japanese SJIS.
- Programs support 7 kind of language
- If you'd like to install RPM package, install rpm
