1999年5月3日にリリースされた日本語パッチをあてた perl をメイクしました。
バージョンは以下のごとくです。今回はデフォルトを shift JIS としてます。

- CPU は PENTIUM かそれと互換性のあるもの。pgcc-2.91.60 でコンパイルした
ためです。486 CPU では使えません!!
